Sorry bro but I disagree. It was a "Filler" but I liked it! Morgan's been through much more than we thought. Very cool to finally find out. Not anything I would have x-expected but I was into it! 8)

I don't know why they had to make it 90 minutes long, but the episode answered a lot of lingering questions about Morgan's development.
I thought John Carroll Lynch and Lennie James were great.
Not easy to carry an entire episode with only two characters and with one of them having about 80 per cent of the dialogue.

That's not a special Halloween weekend episode. Sorry.

What ticked me off is they’re making us wait another week to get the answers we want. What happened to Glenn? What happened to Rick? But that is kind of a typical move on their part.

It terms of the episode. I really liked it. Wanted to know about what happened to Morgan and this answered all of those question. Not sure a 90 minute episode needed to be dedicated to it but whatever.

morgan rollercoaster for me...i wanted to like him all episode but just came back to a strong dislike...not a hate but close...still not sure how i feel about the guy...the character was so schizo the whole time...

i sure did like the other guy and was bummed when he got bit...i thought he would have made a nice addition to the crew...

Its the episode we needed, just not the episode we wanted:

I'll watch John Carroll Lynch interpret a character for 90 minutes any day of the week. With all the hack actors on this show, its refreshing to see someone with some chops. Corrrrrrrrllll!!! Lol.

The walkers were the shiznit. I especially like the guy impaled at Morgan's camp with entrails dangling from the point of the stake.

i typically dont mind slower episodes or ones that build up for the next few shows, but this one i could have done without or it could have been summed up in 15 minutes. I knew going in this would be a morgan flashback, so not a whole lot shocked...just eh in my opinion.

Morgan only knows two speeds and both are dangerous to everyone around him.

I thought actually it was one of the finest episodes the show has ever produced. I dont mind the delay in telling us what happened. It just makes the show that much better.

The first three episodes were like going to a speed metal concert. If you keep up that pace, your brain will eventually melt and run out of your ears. Then your shirt will get all messy.

Storytelling is about beats, ebb and flow, anticipation and release. If you're going balls to the wall all the time, you become numb to builds and crescendos, and eventually it all runs together into a boring mess.

You need to take a breather every now and then before cranking the knob back up to 11.

one of the best episodes of the series..

the one on one acting playing off each other was great...

it was damn good...

Eastman was a character I wished was around longer.

I am glad we got Morgan's backstory cause he was slightly off in Season 3 and I wanted to know what changed him.

Who here guessed the goat was going to die as soon as she was introduced?

It was a total Who Is Cartman's Father episode where they split part two with Terence and Phillip cartoon. I think they just did it to mess with us as it gave them an opportunity to take Steven Yuen's name out of the credits.
And going back to Glen it looks like the zombies are pulling intestines out of his chest so I'm leaning on that's the other dude.

Lol Tim. Yea, maybe. What concerns me is that if Nicholas' body fell on top of Glenn and thats who the walkers are tearing apart, they wouldnt get to his intestines that easily thru his back if he fell on top of Glenn. To get to intestines, you have to go thru the belly. Of course, I dont expect the producers to have detailed anatomical knowledge, so I wont give up hope until I know for a fact he's done, but it doesnt look good :(

Morgan (the new moral compass) we all know how they end up. Sorry but a guy with a walking stick is not so intimidating considering most carry guns.
I feel for the last 3 seasons every episode that allowed Carol to shine were the best in each season. Her character has come along way and is perfectly suited to the apocalypse, she can bake and kill with the flip of a switch.

Read some really lame article this morning that stated Glens death is really just a hallucination by Nicholas. :?

IMO it's a pretty solid explanation in light of Nicholas already exhibiting he was out of ammo...
