hi all,

i've finally uploaded the pictures from my phone to the pc from the show. i managed to gain a first place for my Phased Plasma Rifle as well as my 144th scale millennium falcon. i also got a third place for my cylon raider from the original tv show:

yeah if and when i go to a show i always take pictures or the kits displayed and post them up as soon as possible. i had a great time, spent a fortune of modelling supplies bagged two small resin kits that interested me and hooked up with some mates from the washington club.

i handed Grymm-one my award from last year and asked him to put it up on the display stand and his comment was "i'll just hang on to incase i win it"..... and he did..... Git ! lol

seriously though that was an amazing stargate figure. i was surprised they didnt have separate awards for the categories, especially when compared to all the armour and wingy thingy stuff.... mind you our discussion on the busts section were spot on imho... they really need to sort that out.... i might go and write a letter to ipms about that.

have you got any details of that? I run the IPMS UK SciFi And Fantasy SIG and would love to have a display there, but don't know who to contact....
