Had a great time and my first Jerseyfest, I posted something on the forum over there, but wanted to show you guys a photo of the stuff I jammed into my mini van (much like playing Tetris) and got it back! The crazy part was I drove from New Jersey back to Omaha without stopping except for fluid exchanges and snacks and a couple quick catnaps! 24 hours on the road.
Anyway, the kaiju were abundant, I picked up 2 kong kits, a Resin chef Mothra, a Pao Angurus, and a new resin Rodan 56. I also traded a build up for a KOC GMK Godzilla 30 cm resin and I scored a Joe Laudati release the Kraken diorama kit! Amazing that I was able to get it all home. I met some friends and one gave me a sweet Baragon hat too! (He is my favorite)
Here is the photo, everything to the right of Robert's cool King G is mine!

I had some minor breakage affecting about 7 of them, one sculpt I did may be beyond repair. But I am glad if people enjoyed seeing them.

this was an awesome thing you did for our east coast brethren!

Thanks John, I really appreciate that! Wish you could have been there too, but looks like Robert put your Varan in the exhibit so you were there in spirit!

It was the most impressive and largest display of kaiju I ever remember seeing in one place! Beautiful work all around! Jon, you should get an award just for the herculean effort of packing the stuff, making the drive, unload the stuff, pack it back up, make the long drive home and unpack it all again. All in the space of only several days!

haha, yeah I know! I was so wiped out when I arrived home, (I really should have stopped over for the night somewhere, but I just wanted to be home sooner. I pretty much was a lump for the next few days, and it was depressing finding damage on the kits as I unpacked, but now the "Godzilla Room" looks better than ever and I am back to making more stuff!:)

Yes, I did! I dusted the shelves good and I also reorganized supplies and I ended up putting most of my WIP stiff in a bin in storage in the basement until I get to it.

Well, actually I had about 8 pieces break, but all but one can be repaired. I glued everything but I still need to putty and paint them, but my Rodan sculpture is broken beyond repair I think...
