I think Detroit just sat to long after the ALCS. They banged out 8 hits, I know its the runs that count.. but
at least they are hitting.

This series is going to a game 7 - winner take all slug match.

Looking grim. I hope SF has flipped the script on themselves and will come from ahead to lose! :x

They're playing well and all the bounces are going the Giants way so far. Going to be a lot for the Tigers to overcome.

Does Fister have an Endo Skeleton under his skin??.. The man is tough as nails.
He takes a hit off his pitching arm in the Yanks series and now a line drive off the head and stays in the game.
He is a true player indeed.

DT fans its not over yet... Look at the 96 WS series - Yanks down the first two games to Braves.. I remember
a Brave's fan on TV stating the Yanks were pathetic and they would never win a WS. They went on to win
14 straight WS games after that.

Its not over until someone wins 4 games..... The games continues.

I just don't see the Tigers winning this series. Giants just have a much better team overall.

But... anything can happen in baseball.

You'll see no grandstanding, predictions, anything from me....it pisses off the Baseball Gods. I take it game by game. I remember all too well the '02 series when the Giants were 6 outs away from winning it all, and the angels rallied back, won the game, and then wen't on to win game 7. It's been a great post season so far for Giants fans, I'm just enjoying the ride!

Vogelsong starts tomorrow, it should be a good game!

Is this "whistle" for your prediction that the Tigers would be bounced in round one or your current prediction of a 4-5 game loss in the World Series? :P

Ehhh. It's in the Tigers' heads now. They have been inconsistent all year and now I don't think that they think they can win.

Congrats to the Giants. They certainly deserved it. At least the last game was entertaining for me.

As a long time suffering Giants Fan, who remembers all to well being swept by the A's in '89, being 6 outs away from winning it all in '02, going wire to wire in '03 to only get knocked out in the first round....winning two titles in 3 years is Surreal.....

And to all those EPSN writers (16+) all but 2 of them predicted the Tigers to take it all in 5-7 games.....you can SUCK IT!!

GO GIANTS!
