Old latex alien mask ID help needed- Johnson Smith ad

#1 Post by ungawa222 »

Hi all- I was wondering if anyone could help with any info at all on this mask, which appeared in many of the Johnson Smith catalogs I received as a kid in the late 70s/early 80s:

This one was always odd because the picture of it (and the skull mask next to it) was completely unlike the rest of the masks featured on the page... I guess they were trying to illustrate the glow effect?

ANY info at all would be appreciated- my searches so far have turned up nothing. I tried to join a latex mask forum (The HMA) specifically to ask about this, but kept getting an error message saying that my verification answers weren't right (though they most certainly were).

Thank you in advance!

It's a Don Post Gargoyle. They sold both regular and Glow in the Dark versions I believe.
