I really wish that the garage kit world and the contests involving the garage kit world exhibited the high level of skill that I saw here. You have some talented guys in this hobby there is no doubt about it. This should be a wake up call to everyone else in this hobby, including myself, to step up...

Yeah you can, they dont mind. Ive had entrys that didnt get squat and tweaked em a bit and brought them back and won with em.
you just cant re-enter kits thay have won before.
