Interstellar Ranger

#1 Post by Ant »

Long time on the shelf project - probably pushing nearly 10 years. The stumbling block was how to mask all the window frames without it looking a right mess. In the end I bought a Silhouette vinyl cutter a few years ago and finally got around to creating some custom masks by photographing the windows and tracing them in CAD. Took many tweaks, but eventually got there.

Thanks for looking!

Looks great! Nice job on the masking (and that's a lot of masking!).

When you purchased the Silhouette, did you also look at the Cricut? Just wondering if there's much difference between them.

Not really, the Portrait 2 I got was significantly cheaper than other options at the time. I believe there is far more choice these days...
