It's an IDC kit, so Terry Reynolds I believe.

Thats what I thought, I want to say M-1 but I haven't been able to verify it. Thats why I put the question to the CH.

Yeah, the base is Crinon. As for the figure - Sean Burford sculpted a Flash kit years ago. I'm not sure if it's his or not but you could check with him. I think his name on the CH is "boondog".
