Congrats :hot:

Make sure to check that each of the claws fits properly - some of them shipped with the correct number of claws, but included duplicates which meant some were missing.

You'll do a killer buildup on this.

Wow - Superb catch!!

Galileo (roostercat) started off well with some amazing Jurassic Park inspired dinosaur figures, and took off from there, but after his work became popular he really dropped the ball on the business end (I can't tell you how many threads I've read on various forums over the years about him not delivering paid for kits, or staying in touch, etc. My sense is that he now may be using printed models that he sells through other parties instead of trying to do it all himself, but I haven't followed his work in many years).

Regardless - this sounds like a real monster of a haul - I encourage you to do a thread so we can follow your progress on this baby!!! :like

GEOmetric/Max Factory Talos.

Perseverence? - I don't know if I would call it that exactly. I just set ebay to search for it and notify me - and it popped up last week - for the first time in 7 years (!) Needless to say I immediately set up my "sniping" service with a handsome $$$ bid to make sure I got it. Came in at far less than I was willing to pay. I'm as happy as a clam in chowder. (Is that a saying?) :rolf:

(You know - assembling your stash the second time around - since I sold it all off between 13-7 years ago during a major downsizing due to economic factors - is a LOT sweeter.)

*WORSHIP* the VINYL!!!!

Just got yourself in trouble, Bill ... 'cause that's exactly the sort of thing that I originally had in mind when I started looking for this kit ... once we get to TX you're gonna have to give me an in-person tutorial on making that water ... and any tips on where to get the ship & men would be appreciated as well ...

I'm still looking for a couple of Terry Reynolds IDC kits from the movie serials. I've asked help for finding the Rocket Man kit. Found out since I posted that there was another one based on the serial The Purple Monster Strikes.

Again, I'd prefer unbuilt but would take built if need be.

Here are photos of the kits built by others. Thanks, Michael
