Praise to Scott@Monarch

Hey Everyone, just wanted to give praise to Scott McKillop of Monarch models!!
Last weekend I started putting together my Gorgo kit when I realised that 2 of the steeple pieces were missing.
I emailed Monarch with the news and within the hour Scott got back to me with pictures of the sprues so that I could Identify the missing parts.
Scott then had them in the mail first thing on the following Monday morning.
The pieces just arrived the other day while I was away at work.
Excellent Customer Service!!
Not sure if Scott is a member here, but just wanted everyone to know that he ROCKS!! =D>

I had pieces missing from my ghost and had the same result!! Pieces sent quickly. Excellent customer service. Keep up the great kits Scott! :D
