Thanks! I did 3 or 4 rounds of white primer, sanding areas that needed it until I got the desired result!

You've talked about file size before. Usually, .obj or .stl files are sent via Dropbox or the equivalent.

The thing you aren't taking into account in the case of that 1/6 scale head, how many can fit on the build plate? 6. 10, 12? He can print multiple head in one print session, so the time per head could be pretty low. Most of the time the argument is 'I need to make multiples'. The investment to cast...

It's interesting seeing your posts. But, IMO once you print a file out, you either decide to go back and make changes or it ends there. There is no need to cast anything from a digital sculpt.
