Well, Penance it is here. Not enough SS in the house so I'm into the Chavant for this one. Should be interesting as I never use it for 1/6th scale, only larger work. Body & legs are blocked in. Can't seem to get the muscles right in arms though as they're both raised above his head holding helmet.
Maybe searching pics of basketball players shooting hoops might help? Pics tomorrow I hope.
Alfred: I'm stumped! (You wouldn't believe the crazy crap that shows up on a Google of 'Super villain, daddy issues' when I tried to cheat too!)
Limion: Already has that Orson Welles look to him. Nice!

Okay, it's a little early (or late at night I guess), but here's Wednesday's clue.
-You might say this guy's emotionally scarred.
If you guys still don't get it by the end of Wednesday, I'll give a HUGE clue on Thursday.
Sum-up: Big guy, Daddy issues, carries a sword, traveling with somebody, All 3 individuals have the same person in common, and you could say he's emotionally scarred

Awww yeah!
This is nice... and there's a picture of the WWotW at the first post too.
I'm going to do a new take on this one I did way back when (remember this Jnr?)
Good luck on your sculpts everyone!
Alfred> about your mystery character, by any chance his traveling companion is shiny and his big daddy issue is actually big... and green?

@amusedjester: I know it was a joke. But just because it isn't mentioned in the books doens't mean he does not have issues with one or more of the valar.. 3+))

Manueld12 - Welcome to the Jams. Skeletor is a classic super villain great choice.
MidiZ - good to see you here again. I was about to say the same thing to Alfred. The clues seem to fit but I guess we'll have to wait for the next tidbit.
Limion -

got it! Did you get more info on Gandalf by reading the unfinished sections written by Tolkien? I did not even know he talked more about Gandalf's background. or maybe from the Hobbit? I haven't read that one for over a decade.

It's been a while for me too, but I think there was something mentioned about the maiar. I do know there's at least one other wizard called radagast the brown...

Alright guys, last day of clues. You're so close. Here's todays clues.
-I've already mentioned his name, sort of (only it's spelled differently).
-He can currently be found doing some incredible things.
C'mon guys, it's right there.

manueld12, welcome to the Jams! Nice start on Skeletor, keep going--don't stop.
Alfred, I'm stumped. Although I admit to a decent amount of googling, I can't nail down your clues to one specific character.

Alfred - I think my original guess was right when you mentioned the word "Scar". Not really much into his background so I didn't know anything about his companion but I'd like to buy another vowel and a "K"
Tim - Judge Death - Cool choice!

Yay!!! I think we've got a winner. Jr. guessed right with Skaar - Son of HULK. He's traveling with Bruce Banner (his father - but also not his father). They're searching for the HULK (his real Father, but he's Banner as well). You see what I mean about Daddy issues. He carries a big ass sword, although he doesn't need it. And he's currently in the pages of "The Incredible HULK".
If there was a prize you would've won Jr., but there isn't so... whah whah. thanks for playing. I'll post pics of the WIP so far (although he's headless right now).
Cheers!!

Where's my son?

Sam's working on another female sculpt!
Alfred, I'm so

!

The Cool Police were here to confiscate my membership card.
Well, woulda/shoulda/coulda been started already, but my ol' cordless drill finally gave up the ghost. Actually, the drill itself is in perfect working order, the dumb old battery packs have crapped out and they don't sell replacements for it any longer.
Once the new one is charged up,
It's wire twistin' time!
